Return Policy
Returns must be made within 3 days of the arrival of the merchandise. To return merchandise, you must first e-mail us at sales@rcworldofplanes.net in order for us to issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. An RA number will be issued to you within 3 business days after receiving your e-mail return notification. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Returns without a RA number will be rejected. Shipping fees (for order or return) are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns must be in original unopened packaging. Please contact store immediately at (408) 732-9029 if merchandise is damaged during shipping. Sales associate will authorize return/exchange for same item purchased.
All sales are final on all Electronic goods.
If replacement or exchange of merchandise is requested, RC World of Planes will do its best to replace or exchange the merchandise subject to merchandise availability.
Gift Certificate Redemption Policy:
Gift Certificates must be redeemed in-store at RC World of Planes or through the its website www.rcworldofplanes.net, toward the purchase of eligible products ONLY. It is not redeemable in CASH. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Certificate account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid with cash or credit card or other available payment method.
2. Limitations.
Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates.
Gift Certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Certificate balances in an RC World of Planes account may not be transferred.
Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificates become void two years from the date of issue of the original Gift Certificate.
